Step 1 of 2

Check before
you pay.

Not every ticket can be rebooked at a lower fare. Basic Economy never can, and some airlines do not allow it at all. We check that first, for free, so you are not paying us to watch something that could never produce a claim.

What we check

Fare type

Basic Economy and equivalent fares are excluded by every airline we work with.

Airline policy

The major US carriers publish rebooking policies. Others vary, and some do not allow it.

Timing

The flight has to be far enough out for a rebooking to be processed, and wholly unflown.

Check your ticket first

Four questions, no payment, no account. We will tell you whether your ticket is the kind that can be rebooked at a lower fare before you pay us anything.
